Minh is Managing Director at Stifel Bank in Seattle, where he leads their Venture Banking practice covering the PNW.  He has over two decades of commercial banking experience. Previously with Silicon Valley Bank for 15 years, he led their practice in the Cascadia Region.  Minh has advised countless tech executives on their equity and debt financing needs.

David is a partner in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on representing fast-growing technology, software, digital media, and clean technology companies, as well as several early-stage venture capital firms.

Craig is a corporate partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and has been practicing law for 35 years.  He represents both emerging companies and venture capital funds in a variety of transactions and industries.
